The launch of the new ski pole Swix Triac® was very well received in Oberhof. Everybody that stopped by our wax cabin wanted to talk about the new ski pole from Swix!

Biathlon in Germany has been completely, with over 30.000 spectators Sunday there was a huge impact on the stadium.

The Russian team won the women’s relay, and the Norwegian team won the men’s relay.

Women’s 7.5k was won by Simone Hauswald (GER) ahead of Helena Jonsson (SWE). 3rd place was a big surprise, Ann Kristin Flatland (NOR) entered the podium for first time in her career.

The young Russian Evgeny Ustyugov, picked up his second victory of the season as he won the men’s 10k sprint with the new Swix Triac® poles.

Andrea Henkel (GER) won the 12.5k Mass Start competition in her home stadium Sunday. Ole Einar Bjoerndalen (NOR) won the men’s 15k Mass Start ahead of Tim Burke (USA) and the third place went to Thomas Sikora (POL), bouth with the new Swix Triac® poles.
